December 2003.  The report included a checklist, photos, and a map.  The map showed the locations of posted signs.  Thirteen signs are posted in the area.  The signs read as follows:  “Notice – Environmental Soil Cover – Do Not Disturb – Call

Picatinny Arsenal has asked the USEPA and the NJDEP for feedback on the format of the report.
